4. SMS Messaging Service

4.1 How to Opt-In/Out

Opt-In: You may opt-in to SMS messaging by providing your mobile number during account registration on the Get a Quote page, via voice call, or by sending an SMS message of START to your Accretion Logistic Solutions LLC point of contact.

Opt-in offline/Phone Call: Accretion Logistic Solutions LLC will collect opt-ins verbally from customers. Customers can opt in to receive messages either in person at our physical location or over a phone call. During the first-time registration, customers are asked to provide their phone number, and staff is trained to ask: "Do you agree to receive conversational text messages from Accretion Logistic Solutions LLC?" They will be verbally informed of the following:

"Message and data rates may apply."
"Message frequency may vary."
"You can text HELP for support or STOP to unsubscribe at any time."
